Any browser. The file goes to your Downloads folder.
Android
Use Chrome. Find it in the Download folder, the Files app or your gallery.

Frequently asked questions
Is YTSave free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no limit on the number of videos and nothing to pay.
Can I download YouTube videos in 1080p or 4K?
Yes. Every quality the video was uploaded in is listed, up to 4K (2160p). If you don't see 4K, the video wasn't uploaded in 4K.
Do I need an app or extension?
No. YTSave works in any modern browser on a computer, Android phone, iPhone or iPad.
Can I download YouTube Shorts and Music?
Yes. Paste a Shorts or YouTube Music link the same way as a normal video.
Can I download a whole playlist?
Not yet. If the link points to a video inside a playlist, only that video is downloaded.
Why did my video fail?
Private, age-restricted, members-only and region-blocked videos can't be downloaded, and live streams only after they end. If a normal video fails, wait a minute and try again.
How long does a download take?
M4A is ready in seconds. MP4 and MP3 are prepared on our server first, which takes from a few seconds to a couple of minutes depending on length and quality.
Does YTSave keep my files?
No. Files are deleted from our server automatically within an hour, and we don't keep a list of what you download.
Is it legal to download YouTube videos?
It depends on the video and where you live. Download only videos you own, videos whose license allows it, or videos you have permission to save. YouTube's Terms of Service don't allow downloading without permission unless YouTube shows a download option.
